1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Magna Finviora ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of our website, mobile app, and AI-powered trading platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you're telling us you've read these terms, understood them, and agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree — please don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Magna Finviora, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Reside in a country where our services are available (not all jurisdictions are supported)
• Not appear on any international sanctions list
• Not be a resident of countries where our service is explicitly restricted

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Creation

You must complete our registration process, including identity verification (KYC), before trading. This is a legal requirement, not a bureaucratic hurdle.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be our staff. We'll never ask for it.

You must enable two-factor authentication if it's available in your region, notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and keep your contact information current so we can reach you about security matters.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts may be flagged and suspended during routine fraud prevention checks.

4. Use Of Our Services

Our platform provides access to AI-powered trading tools, signal generation, automated execution (via regulated broker partners), market analytics, educational content, and a demo environment for practice trading.

We provide these tools for your personal use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any part of the platform, content, or data without our written permission.

5. Trading Risks

This is important, so pay attention:

• Trading involves real financial risk. You can lose money, including the full amount you deposit
• AI isn't magic. Our algorithms analyse data and make probabilistic assessments — they don't predict the future with certainty
• Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. This applies to every single metric you might ever see
• Market conditions change. A strategy that worked last month may not work next month
• Only trade with money you can afford to lose. This advice is as old as markets themselves because it's still true

6. Fees & Payments

Registration is free. We earn revenue through transparent spreads on trades executed via our broker partners, and occasionally through optional premium features that you can choose to activate.

All applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a trade. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to charges from your payment provider — these are outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Magna Finviora platform — including the AI engine, algorithms, user interface, logos, text, graphics, and underlying code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use this content as intended by the platform, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using Magna Finviora, you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's operation
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform beyond our official API
• Impersonate another person or create accounts under false identities
• Attempt to manipulate markets through coordinated activity with other users
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform
• Use the platform if you're under 18 or in a restricted jurisdiction

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts for breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal or regulatory requirements, extended periods of inactivity, or failure to complete updated verification when requested.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any funds in your account will be returned to you, minus any outstanding fees or legal holds.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magna Finviora is not liable for trading losses you incur, market volatility, service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, decisions you make based on AI-generated signals, or third-party services we connect to (broker partners, payment processors, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't legally be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magna Finviora is registered. Disputes should first be raised through our customer support — we resolve most things informally. If that fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. When we make significant changes, we'll notify registered users by email and post a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
